The map below shows Katouche Bay.
Katouche Bay is the site of where one of our favorite Anguilla activities begins... the hike to Iguana Cave. Through a dense, humid jungle you must hike to get to the mysterious and bat-filled Iguana Cave. If you are thinking of switching up beach days for adventure days, consider this trek!
Otherwise, Katouche Bay is pretty, quiet and remains un-visited by many tourists in Anguilla. If you are looking for something more private and remote, but still central (Katouche Bay is still near The Valley and not far from most restaurants and beaches), Katouche may be for you.
There is one Anguilla hotel in the hills surrounding Katouche Bay...

Size: Small
Location: Overlooking Katouche Bay.
Description: Masara Resort has nine comfortable villa units, staggered in the hills surrounding the bay. Each villa has 1-2 bedrooms, private bathrooms, full kitchens, and a living/dining area, as well as an outdoor living space.
The units are clean and the furnishings are tasteful, complete with TV, and a/c in most bedrooms.
The staff is helpful and reliable, there is 7 day maid service and tennis courts available.
What I love most about Masara? The privacy and seclusion, as it is the only hotel in Anguilla on this serene beach. And, the beach itself is fairly tucked away.
Many rave over Masara, loving its quiet yet convenient location, and the price!
Rooms start at $125 per night in the offseason and go to $250 per night. Rates fluctuate, depending on time of year and also the number of bedrooms you require.
