Anguilla Travel Exchange

by Emma
(UK)

Last year, my school, Somerton Middle in Cowes on the Isle of Wight, entered a competition for six students to go an Anguilla travel exchange. I entered it and got in!

I was so excited and about two months later it was time to go. We were going on the exchange to interact with others from a camp called 'CAMP BE AWARE'. It was fantastic, the best experience of my life so far.

I would love to go back there. It's so warm and the people are so kind and friendly. Also, the foods are lovley and I made a lot of friends. We were in camp for 10 days and we did many activities ...

We had a day trip over to Prickly Pear island, a trip to swim with dolphins, we also went on the glass bottom boat - it was amazing to see the life under the glass. In the best places we saw the most lovley fish in the world and the coral was fantastic.

It was the best experience of my life!

I would love to say how great it is that you have done such a great web site. And I can't wait to hear what you have been up to in Anguilla.

yours thankfully,

I wonder how the Anguilla students liked your island?
by: Nori

Emma,

Nori here. What a wonderful story! Thank you.

I have never been to the Isle of Wight, although my parents have been there. They say it's a beautiful spot.

Your story made me think about how the Anguilla students enjoyed YOUR island. If it was wintertime, I'll bet that YOU had more fun in Anguilla! ;-)

Thank you again.

Nori
