Description: Zenaida is made up of three buildings... The Great House, Flamboyant and Loblolly.
The Great House has the kitchen and dining area, and a large outdoor living space. The views from The Great House are particularly breathtaking. St. Martin, the Caribbean sea and the turquoise of Sea Feather Bay are all right in front of you.
The Flamboyant has three bedrooms, with one master bedroom on the second level of the house. The building has plenty of outdoor living space, and even a separate cottage with another bedroom.
The Loblolly features three bedrooms with balconies and bathrooms. Set in lush gardens, the building also has a comfortable living room. Here, the master bedroom is located on the main floor.
There is a path down to the beac, a pool and tennis courts. Tennis is a big focus at Zenaida. Their "Har-Tru" court is the only one of its kind in this region of the Caribbean.
Designs are minimalist and classic with Thai and Asian touches. As the name would suggest, it is most zen.
Though beautiful, the property is aging and feels a bit worn.

Description: The Bird of Paradise villa is something out of an exotic dream.
Truly luxurious, this villa features a living area, open-air dining area (with views out to St. Martin, St. Barths and the Caribbean sea), lagoon-like pools, and plenty of outdoor living space. There is also a manicured path that goes down to the beach.
Bird of Paradise has four bedrooms, each spacious, with a view, and very private. They all lock off from each other and are located throughout the seemingly sprawling property.

Description: B on the Sea is a two-level villa with views of St. Martin, the turquoise Caribbean sea, and out to St. Barths, too.
On the main level you will find the villa's pool, complete with jacuzzi. Inside from the pool and terrace, there is a living area, dining area and kitchen. The space is comfortable, and has great views.
There are two bedrooms on this level, one being a "master."
The upper level has an additional deck (with even more magnificent views), and two smaller bedrooms, one with its own terrace. There is even a cinema on this level!
With the jacuzzi and cinema, this villa certainly keeps you entertained.

As you might expect, the villa features a comfortable swimming pool and hot tub! Not only that, but there eis mini golf too. The perfect spot to practice your putting. My Dad would have loved that when he used to golf. :-) The sea can be reached by the villa, and there are basketball courts, too. This is certainly the place to stay if you are into sports and outdoors.
Inside, the rooms are comfortable and quite private. The bedrooms lock off from each other. There is a dining and full kitchen.
