Island Bowls AXA is taking Anguilla by storm!
The Island Bowl
Launched in 2019 by Samantha Boyce Kentish and her husband, Kevan, Island Bowls AXA makes eating healthy easy, affordable and tastier than ever. Fabulously fresh, Samantha's all-natural, dairy-free fruit bowls are loaded with very berry goodness, and delivered right to your doorstep.
What is an Island Bowl? A blend of frozen fruits and coconut milk makes up each bowl's base. The frozen blend is a stroke of genius. It makes for a delightful refreshment on a warm Anguilla day. Each bowl is then layered with a variety of fresh fruits and even homemade granola. No additives in these robust bowls!
There are four types of Island Bowls...
The Island Bowl With a Honey Drizzle
Samantha will tell you, "Our signature "Island Bowl" is the most popular." One bite and you immediately taste why.
First, berries are blended with mango, coconut milk and pineapple juice. The chilled mixture is then topped with Samantha's homemade granola, fresh strawberries, banana, blueberries and shredded coconut.
For a little indulgence, add a drizzle of honey, agave or, my personal favorite, Nutella at no extra charge!
Chilled Fruits + Nutella = Heaven!
The result? A fresh explosion of fruity flavors. Almost like an ice cream, these bowls are rich in tropical essence.
A Delightful Refreshment on a Warm Anguilla Day
